Nine football players and four basketball players were among the more than 80 Alabama student-athletes that graduated this weekend.
The nine football players were cornerback Tony Brown, linebacker Shaun Dion Hamilton, center Bradley Bozeman and walk-ons Hunter Bryant, Lawrence Erekosima, Derrick Garnett, Bo Grant, Preston Jones and Thomas Woods.
Brown was Alabama’s nickel back the second half of last year, finishing the season with 32 tackles and two interceptions.
Bozeman is entering year two as the Crimson Tide’s starting center while Hamilton is expected to be one of Alabama’s defensive leaders after recording 64 tackles, nine stops for a loss, two sacks and two interceptions last year despite missing the final two-and-a-half games.
The graduates from the basketball team were guard Corban Collins, forward Shannon Hale, forward Nick King and forward Jimmie Taylor.
